Requirements
- 4 years of experience in resource management within IT organizations
- Experience in financial management, including forecasting and budget processes in an IT organization
- Solid balance of a ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for driving change
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITBM module
- Experience using Excel for resource and financial management
- Experience with standards and resource/finance management areas
