Devoteam is seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management to join their team. This role involves translating client business needs into functional requirements, designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and collaborating with technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, a consultative mindset, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- Profound technical knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms, with direct experience in ServiceNow.
- Expertise in process modeling and requirements management tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management & delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and an understanding of the full project lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
