Business Analyst Senior (user administration and Access Control)

FIS is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Access & Entitlements team within BPSTA - Global Shared Services. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out User Access Administration processes and providing in-depth product support to FIS clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in user administration and Access Control
• Flexibility with shifts (including night shifts and mid shifts)
• Prior banking or finance related experiences (personal banking experience preferred)
• Knowledge of user administration and Access Control (knowledge of the ServiceNow tool a plus)
• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of FIS products and services
• Strong analytical skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
