We are seeking a Business Analyst / Solution Expert for Retail Operations on our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with colleagues to introduce and improve processes, and be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your Solution.
Requirements

- Professional experience in IT and/or retail industry
