They are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to act as a key link between clients and technical teams. This role involves transforming legacy PMO tools into a modern, high-value solution, translating business needs into functional requirements, and ensuring project success.
Requirements
- Profound technical knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms, with direct experience in ServiceNow (preferred)
- Expertise in process modeling and requirements management tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management & delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
