BDO is looking for a Business Architect to join their I&C Operations Team. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders, modeling current and future state processes, and developing business architecture artifacts. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or solution design.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or solution design within a complex or enterprise setting
- Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, iFirm, QuickBooks), as well as ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
- Proficient in business capability design, operating model definition, and process modelling (including BPMN)
- Familiarity with business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and digital transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certifications in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Project Management considered an asset
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Adept at navigating both business and technical environments, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
