BDO is looking for a Business Architect to join their I&C Operations Team, responsible for defining business capabilities, value streams, and target operating models, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive system alignment and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or solution design within a complex or enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, iFirm, QuickBooks), as well as ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in business capability design, operating model definition, and process modelling (including BPMN).
  • Familiarity with business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Project Management considered an asset.
