Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer at ProCaps Laboratories, you'll play a vital role in supporting our company-wide ERP migration while delivering actionable insights through Power BI and SQL. This role blends reporting development, ERP system support, and hands-on data migration leadership.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end ERP data migration, including mapping legacy structures to new schemas, validating accuracy, and ensuring historical data is transferred cleanly
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query (M), and dataflows
• Develop efficient data models (relational and dimensional) to support ERP and reporting needs
• Write and refine SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data transformation
• Troubleshoot ERP-related tickets, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions
• Create clear documentation for migration processes and repeatable validation workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and support go-live activities
• Use Jira or ServiceNow to manage tasks and track data issues
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting, and enhance governance
