As a BI Developer at ProCaps Laboratories, you'll play a vital role in supporting our company-wide ERP migration while delivering actionable insights through Power BI and SQL.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar
- 2–4 years of BI development experience, including work with ERP systems
- Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, dataflows, Power BI Service)
- Strong SQL skills (T-SQL or equivalent) for large-scale data transformation
- Experience in ERP data migration: mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with business data structures: finance, inventory, sales, master data
- Experience with ticketing/work management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
