Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager for Master Data Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of US/UK master data management. The role involves leading a team, improving data quality, driving process improvements, and integrating new data sources. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years focused on Master Data or MDM.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, including data stewards/ analysts, in an operational environment.
  • Proven experience with service management systems like ServiceNow, including managing service requests, incidents, and change management processes.
  • Strong background in evaluating the onboarding of new data sources and working with cross-functional teams to support data flow.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, data analytics platforms, or master data systems), knowledge of data integration methods (ETL, API integrations, middleware solutions), and strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
