Senior Manager, Master Data Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the master data operations for US/UK. This role focuses on improving data quality, data stewardship, and ensuring seamless integration of new data sources. The position reports to the Senior Director of Master Data Services and requires a strong background in master data management, team leadership, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years focused on Master Data or MDM.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
• Proven experience with service management systems like ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with MDM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Reltio or similar tools).
