Business Intelligence Lead

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead in Hyderabad. The role involves leading the development and maintenance of data dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, as well as analyzing complex data to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with database management systems, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Tableau for building and maintaining data dashboards and visualizations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas)
• Expertise in SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation)
• Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for data management, reporting is a plus
• Knowledge on Splunk Reporting is a plus
• Experience with other data analysis or business intelligence tools is a plus
