Business Manager

The Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services is seeking a Business Manager to support the STARS! GEAR UP program. This role involves financial management, personnel administration, contract/grant oversight, and providing expertise to faculty, staff, and students within a dynamic academic environment. The position is eligible for excellent benefits.

Requirements

• Four years of direct financial or research administration experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of USU’s Banner, ServiceNow, Argos and/or Kuali systems.
• Knowledge of USU’s purchasing and/or human resources policies and procedures.
• Ability to train and lead staff.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of extramural funding process.
• Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems.
