NiCE is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join their Order Management group. The role involves designing and implementing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure and align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, ideally in SaaS, billing, or contract management
- Strong skills in Power BI or similar and advanced Excel
- Experience with enterprise software like Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
- Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash processes
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English
