The role involves designing and implementing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure and align with strategic objectives. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, ideally in SaaS, billing, or contract management
- Strong skills in Power BI or similar and advanced Excel
- Experience with enterprise software like Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
- Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash processes
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English
