ServiceNow is seeking a Business Process Consultant to design processes, built on ServiceNow, to achieve customers' desired outcomes. The successful candidate will develop expertise related to the processes enabled by the ServiceNow platform, apply ServiceNow knowledge, and provide optimum workflows to customers.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 12+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Industry domain expertise in Government, Public Services, Financial Services, Healthcare
- Creativity with comfort running projects independently
- Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Experience working collaboratively
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
