Business Process Controls

This position is for a Business Process Controls (BPC) analyst or consultant, responsible for testing the design and operation of business processes within the SOX and ICFR frameworks. The role involves conducting walkthroughs, identifying gaps in documentation, and ensuring appropriate design and implementation of processes such as P2C, O2C, and MMD. Strong analytical and documentation skills are required, as is the ability to effectively manage testing cycles and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Experience in business process controls testing (SOX and ICFR)
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report (R2R), MDM, Fixed Assets, and Payroll processes.
• Ability to manage end-to-end testing cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow.
