ServiceNow is seeking a highly experienced Self-Service Business Product Manager for its Technology and Services Team within Customer Support and Services. This role focuses on driving the strategy, development, and implementation of technology tooling to empower organizations and facilitate self-service, community, knowledge, content, case deflection, and reduction. The ideal candidate will be strategic, customer-focused, and adept at combining support, product thinking, and execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience, in product management including Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile delivery practices, requirement gathering, writing user stories, and managing backlogs.
  • Strong knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
  • Experience in delivering highly scalable services in the enterprise world.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
