Business Quoting Specialist

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Sales Operations - Business Systems Quoting Specialist to join their Global Sales Operations team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on gathering requirements, designing, testing, and implementing Quote-to-Cash applications to support a large-scale quote to cash project. The position involves working with the Sales and Renewals teams and providing support to internal stakeholders, and implementing sales and quoting processes.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional experience in an IT /Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Understanding of Salesforce and CPQ capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with contract and subscription management.
• Experience with regression, UAT, and system integration testing.
• Experience with process documentation and enablement.
