Business Quoting Specialist

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Sales Operations - Business Systems Quoting Specialist to join their Global Sales Operations team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on designing, testing, and implementing Quote-to-Cash applications, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery for a large-scale project. The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Lightning, and involves interacting with the business to ensure efficient processes.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional experience in an IT /Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
• Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Understanding of Salesforce and CPQ capabilities and limitations.
• Knowledge of product rules, price rules, and approval rules.
• Experience with contract and subscription management.
• Experience with regression, UAT, and system integration testing.
• Experience with process documentation and enablement.
• Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Logik
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Flexible availability to work in shifts
