Business Solutions Analyst responsible for working with Berkley companies to bridge business needs with ServiceNow ITSM tool suite, Jira Cloud platform, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role involves understanding and assessing business needs, developing functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, and providing end-user support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM tool/application
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated Business Analyst functional experience preferred
