NTT DATA is seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools, and relevant certifications.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years in managing endpoint tools - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
- Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
- ITIL foundation certifications
- Project Management tools - JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
