Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, design and develop custom HR applications and workflows, and implement and optimize automated HR service delivery workflows.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on HRSD modules
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow client/server-side scripting
- Experience building and customizing ServiceNow HRSD case management, lifecycle events, and knowledge base
- Proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems using APIs and IntegrationHub
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications development
- Good understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.g., employee onboarding, offboarding, case management)
- Knowledge of data privacy and security principles related to HR data
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR and IT teams
