We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to join our global IT team, supporting HR Service Delivery, Strategic Portfolio Management, and IT Service Management platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in a business analyst or system analyst role, preferably in HRSD, SPM, or ITSM domains
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
