Zscaler is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our growing IT Applications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving implementation and augmentation of the ServiceNow platform in areas of ITSM and HR Service Management/Employee Center.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with SLDC methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile
- Proficient with the ServiceNow platform and experienced with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence or similar)
- Consulting Experience in ITOM (including cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), IRM, CMDB, TPRM Or AIOps is highly preferred
