Business Systems Analyst- Quote-to-Cash (CPQ)

UKG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Solutions and Experience (ESE) team to play a key role in supporting and transforming our enterprise systems landscape. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing new systems solutions, and collaborating with engineers to implement and test solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of business systems analysis or professional software development experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and Quote to Cash processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of business systems analysis or professional software development experience
• 2-3+ years of global CRM experience, including understanding of several of the following Quote to Cash processes: quoting, pricing, product lifecycle management, order management, subscription contracts, sales compensation, billing, renewals, amendments.
• 2-3+ years working with Salesforce
• Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, tools, and best practices, as well as production support and maintenance of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing Managed Packages).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Experience in agile development practices
