Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in business analysis, quality assurance, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or SaaS/cloud environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and business process tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Yardi, Power BI, UiPath, SAP) is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools is a plus
