Business Systems Analyst

DTCC is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. The role will be functioning in an infrastructure delivery squad, working closely with Product Owner and multi-functional squads to deliver infrastructure as per business requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user needs and system functionality, with experience in Agile techniques and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• 5+ years of IT experience
• Outstanding prioritization, process, and project management skills
• Experience with Agile techniques and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.)
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle management using Agile methodology
• Knowledge and experience in the following technologies: ServiceNow, Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Office), Jira, Power BI
