Lead Administrator - L1 role is responsible for providing technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower, managing its day-to-day operations, and collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires experience in ServiceNow AIOps, ITOM, and event management, as well as expertise in AI/ML concepts and monitoring/observability tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years specifically focused on ServiceNow AIops/ITOMP
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Event management, Operational Intelligence and CMDB/CI relationships
  • Sound understanding of Monitoring/Observability tools and integrations
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow business rules, script include and flow designer
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in operational monitoring
  • Certification on ServiceNow – CSA, CIS – ITOM/Event Management
