Kemper is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to participate in the analysis of business requirements, document system workflows and use cases, and identify opportunities for process improvements and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Experience with AWS, XML, JSON, JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, ServiceNow, Postman
- Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Occasional travel required
- Strong Knowledge of Auto Insurance Rating and how to calculate premiums
