Business Systems Analyst III - Epicor

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III - Epicor to drive ERP initiatives within a multi-site, multi-national environment. The role involves designing, developing, and managing product configurators, ensuring system accuracy, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data integrity are key aspects of this position. This is a fully remote position within a regional location.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS
• Demonstrated experience in ERP customization, integration, and technical support
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
