Southern Glazer's is seeking a Business Systems Analyst-Service Now to join their team. This role focuses on capturing business processes, designing ServiceNow solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL Processes and will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years’ relevant work experience in ServiceNow modules
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts
- Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
- Active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
