Work within the Productions Operations technical team to provide day-to-day support for Front Office application suite, drive issue resolution, and improve service levels.
Requirements
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Customer focused and highly service aware
- Risk aware and able to identify and mitigate risks
- Technical skills to diagnose issues at levels 2 and 3
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of an enterprise scheduling system
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (preferably Amazon Web Services)
- Qualifications in project management and / or software development methodologies
- Understanding of ITIL processes
