GrainCorp is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead a team of analysts to support and improve SAP SuccessFactors applications and associated solutions. The role involves working with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, providing application support governance, and managing IT service management incidents.
Requirements
- Prior experience in business systems analysis working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with HR business process designs and systems solutions with SAP SuccessFactors key modules
- Managing SuccessFactors Quarterly Releases
- Experience with service management tools e.g. ServiceNow and Level 2/3 Support processes
- Vendor management and working with vendor resources to achieve project and application support outcomes
