The candidate will provide support to the Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by improving and maintaining the quality of risk data in risk registers hosted on ServiceNow, supporting Project and Service Delivery Managers in identifying, assessing and documenting risk responses, and creating and delivering risk reports.

Requirements

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• At least 2 years of practical experience in data management: to manage risk data quality and support user of ServiceNow P3SM module
• At least 2 years of practical experience in project and program risk management: supporting users in implementing risk management procedures and guidelines
• At least 2 years of practical experience in working in a programme or portfolio office
• At least 2 years of practical experience in working in Risk Management
• At least 2 years of practical experience in the competent use of Microsoft Office applications (mainly Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, Outlook and OneDrive)
• At least 2 years of practical experience in composing reports, documents, and other office written materials
• The ability to plan, organize, coordinate and complete work assignments in a timely manner
• The experience in reporting to senior and executive management level
