C5IM Interoperability Manager, SME

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) C5 Interoperability Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the C5 Interoperability processes in alignment with USSOUTHCOM and Dept of State Mission Planning Objectives.

Requirements

• Must hold an active secret level clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 13 years of experience in C5IM roles or a mixture of DoD and commercial experience demonstrating expertise in developing interoperable C5 solutions for non-traditional partnerships
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• DoD 8140 Intermediate qualification or similar industry standard certification
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
