We are seeking an experienced Journeyman, Cable/Fiber Plant Technician to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize Cable/Fiber networking processes, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Requirements
- Must hold an active secret level clearance
- 3+ years' experience
- Operates material handling machinery such as forklifts and floor pallet jacks
- Possess and maintains a valid driver's license, where applicable to job duties
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
