This contract position for a Lead Scrum Master within LingaTech focuses on guiding Agile delivery of ServiceNow initiatives. The role involves managing risks, facilitating communication between stakeholders and teams, and driving best practices for high-quality outcomes. Experience with Agile frameworks and ServiceNow projects is required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise IT or ServiceNow projects.
- Strong experience of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, clear roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).
