Cash Application and AR Supervisor

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Cash Application and AR Supervisor to oversee the application of payments and adjustments for invoices and non-Accounts Receivable items, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This hands-on leadership role involves leading a team, troubleshooting cash exceptions, and driving improvements in process automation and customer engagement. The position operates on a primarily on-site basis and requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Serve as a hands-on leader with deep operational involvement.
• Lead and develop a small, focused team of Cash Application professionals.
• Oversee the posting of all daily cash receipts.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash exceptions.
• Manage customer outreach related to unapplied or discrepant remittances.
• Manage intake and resolution of AR-related requests (e.g., ServiceNow tickets).
• Partner with Treasury on bank account process improvements.
• Reconcile daily bank activity to the AR sub-ledger.
• Execute the AR month-end close process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date desktop procedure documentation.
• Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs.
• Operate within Global Finance Shared Services standard operating procedures.
