This role focuses on providing technical support for payment applications, particularly those utilizing SWIFT systems. The position requires a strong understanding of API integrations, incident management, and ServiceNow as a service management tool. Experience troubleshooting financial transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams is also expected.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with payment processing applications and ability to explain their functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Incident Management and Change Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
  • Understanding of SWIFT Payment systems and financial transaction flows.
  • Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively.
  • Ability to perform minor code fixes and provide maintenance support.

Requirements Summary

Requires payment processing expertise and solid understanding of API integrations. Strong ITIL and ServiceNow experience is needed. Fluency in English is essential
