This position seeks a Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for financial applications. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, collaborating with teams, resolving service tickets effectively, and performing code fixes. Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations is required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with payment processing applications
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Incident Management and Change Management
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools
  • Understanding of Payment systems and financial transaction flows
