We are looking for passionate professionals to support and manage EY digital products and technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience resolving customer queries and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role requires flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Resolve customer queries and maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Learn new technology and products and understand the technology landscape
  • Work productively while maintaining exceptional call/data quality standards
  • Monitor personal support tasks and work assigned via ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in line with agreed SLA's and individual knowledge
  • Escalate tickets to vendor, other teams, or support staff as appropriate

Requirements Summary

1-2 years customer support experience, good knowledge of PC technologies, excellent written and spoken English language skill
