This role is within the Data Technology Innovation Center, focusing on the Central Supply, Logistics, and New Opportunities product department. The Central Supply, Logistics, and New Opportunities Manager will be responsible for the implementation of SI solutions and ensuring the consistency of IT tools within the logistics system. They'll directly manage logistics teams, ensure compliance with ITIL standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage & animate the TMA teams
- Anticipate risks (staffing, planning, ...)
- Supervise the treatment of support tickets
- Process escalations, track and control the processing of priority support incidents and service requests
- Track service level indicators of TMA (backlog, SLA)
- Verify/produce, evolve indicators of activity of TMA
- Control the proper application of ITIL principles, procedures and security rules
- Monitor service quality
- Conduct investigations, interviews
- Formulate a presentation (Dashboard) for continuous improvement
- Identify problems by TMA teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of tools (ServiceNow), procedures and working methods
- Formulate a presentation and control KPI tracking

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's in related field, 3+ years of IT experience, experience in ERP applications is a must. Strong analytical and communication skills are needed, along with a good understanding of ITIL
