Requirements
- Strong understanding and experience of the Services Integration (SIs) operating model
- Demonstrated business ownership, accountability, and hands-on leadership skills
- A growth mindset and ability to continuously improve through learning and feedback
- Global thinker with servant leadership qualities
- Enterprise Architect certification (Togaf, IT4IT, etc) or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow's offerings
