Requirements

  • Degree in computer science
  • Proven experience (≥ 5 years) in incident management, support, or IT operations, ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Experience in crisis management and cross-coordination
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and organization skills
  • Natural leadership, service-oriented, and rigorous
  • Professional English (oral and written)
  • ITIL certification appreciated
