Nestlé Nespresso is seeking a Change Management Specialist to oversee the implementation of IT services and infrastructure changes within their organization. The role involves reviewing and assessing change requests, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This position requires a strong understanding of ITIL principles and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- ITIL4 Foundation certification
- 3+ years of relevant Change Management experience within a large-scale IT environment
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems, and technologies
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, or JIRA
- Fluent in English
