The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE).
Requirements
- Must hold an active secret level clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT change management roles
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
