CACI is seeking an experienced Change Manager to oversee and optimize change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices, supporting USSOUTHCOM in Doral, Florida.
Requirements
- Hold an active secret level clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT change management roles
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
