Chief Architect – ServiceNow

We are looking for a Chief Architect in ServiceNow who will build a bridge between technology and business, and shape the future of how organizations use ServiceNow and adjacent technology.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture responsibility in larger projects.
• Experience with platform architecture, technical debt management, and establishment of technical roadmaps.
• Broad competence across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine, IRM, and/or CSM.
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), security, and data modeling.
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into technology.
• Experience with technical leadership and mentoring of teams.
• Certifications such as Certified Master Architect (CMA), CIS, CSA are an advantage.
