Solution Consultant

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team and contribute to shaping how our customers use the ServiceNow platform to create real business value. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering ServiceNow solutions to our customers, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Experience working with or configuring the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills and confidence in leading workshops and meetings with business stakeholders
• Desire to grow into a senior Architect and/or advisor role
• Experience from one or more ServiceNow solution areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, WSD, etc.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are an asset or a strong ambition to obtain them
• Knowledge of Agile methods and tools is an asset
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
