This role involves proactively managing incident and major incident processes within ITSM, analyzing metrics, improving processes, and providing support to both vendors and customers. The candidate will lead and manage significant incidents, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and utilize ServiceNow for service management.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience of Incident, Major Incident & Service request management processes of ITSM
  • Experience of leading and managing Major incidents from notification to service restoration
  • Knowledge of Service Request Management process
  • Strong organization skills
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification (a plus)
  • ServiceNow expertise
