Cisco Voice Admin

We have an exciting opportunity for a Unified Communications Administrator to join our team of experts and be involved in the rare opportunity to support a new facility and all of United Wholesale Mortgage’s operations. The job involves supporting UWM Team Members, performing administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and collaborating with other team members across IT and the business.

Requirements

• Computer-related degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco application administration
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection
• Strong working knowledge of TCP, UDP, SIP and VoIP
• Configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining networking systems
• Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection & Cisco Contact Center Enterprise
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
