Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk up and down stairs or ramps
- Ability to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
