NewRocket is seeking a Client Partner - Manufacturing to drive revenue growth for leading manufacturing clients. This role involves strategic account leadership, relationship building, and translating ServiceNow's benefits into tangible business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a strong understanding of the modern manufacturing landscape.
Requirements
- 15+ years of combined experience in or consulting for the manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP Operations, VP Supply Chain, Plant Director) or as a Principal-level consultant at a top-tier firm.
- Proven success leading digital transformation, business process re-engineering, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, Industry 4.0, and digital supply chain practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow, either as a customer, program sponsor, or consulting leader.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities.
- Recognized thought leadership in manufacturing (publications, conference speaking, or equivalent).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
